Crossed

A puzzle game where you arrange words on a grid by matching letters at intersections, like a backwards crossword.

You get a list of words and an empty grid. Click a word, rotate it with R, and place it by clicking the grid. Every word must cross at least one other word at a matching letter. Sounds simple. It gets tricky fast because of the geometry, you can't just throw words anywhere. Invalid placements get blocked. Undo with ⌫ if you paint yourself into a corner. Reset everything with Tab.

Solve all the words and you're done. You're scored for efficiency. Finish quicker and you beat your best. Save your progress, come back anytime.
